…Snowy takes his things and goes out. He wants to find a place where it is warm, sunny and merry. “I have no friends and toys to play with; I have never seen Santa Claus”- Snowy thinks. On his way he meets different people and they advise him to go to Africa - the most beautiful place in the world. On his way to Africa he passes towns and villages, lakes and rivers, hills and fields. It was very interesting to see new places and enjoy the national meal. The children greet him friendly. At last he reaches Africa - a bright, hot and fantastic country. He sees the ocean and sandy beaches, admires palm-trees with coconuts and bananas, and meets Negro children with smiling and kind faces. Now he can play games, run and jump like other animals. The parrots taught him to understand their language, the birds – sing their songs, dolphins - swim like fish, monkeys make him laugh and enjoy life. “I am going to live here forever”, - thinks Snowy. But soon he becomes sad. He writes a letter to his parents:”Dear Mummy and Daddy! I am happy here with my new friends, but I need you and miss you so much! Come here and we’ll be happy together!”.
